ADP: The number of jobs in the private sector rose by 179,000




In May slowed the pace of employment growth in the private sector , as employers have increased the number of jobs likely to 179,000 according to the agency ADP, released on Wednesday . Economists surveyed by Dow Jones Newswires, predicted an increase in the number of jobs in the private sector at 210,000 , compared with an initial increase in the amount of 220,000 jobs in April.


On Wednesday, April ADP adjusted increase to 215,000 . Economists use the data ADP, that an overall picture before going to the employment report Friday U.S. Department of Labor , which includes data on both the private and public sectors on . Economists surveyed by MarketWatch, predict that the report will show growth in nonfarm payrolls in the amount of 210,000 jobs in May , compared to April index , which totaled 288,000 .
