MICROSOFT AND SONY flew out of the ten largest manufacturers of smartphones

It is highly competitive smartphone market, as well as its dynamic force manufacturers literally fight for a place under the sun, especially in recent years, as Chinese companies are gaining increasing power and authority. The result speaks drop big names, as well as the emergence of new players to the top. And if the first place is still retain the Samsung and Apple, is already in the top ten is not so stable – A-brands are beginning to leave the list of the largest manufacturers.

Once mastodons market, the Japanese Sony and the US Microsoft, previously bought Nokia, left the top 10 manufacturers of smartphones. And if Microsoft situation as a whole is getting better – sales of Windows Phone grow, although the pace lags behind the average – that Sony still can not get out of the ongoing correction of forecasts of sales, mostly in the smaller side.

Microsoft is making a big bet on Windows 10, but if the success on the desktop there is almost no doubt, that’s the case with smartphones prospects is vague. Sony also has repeatedly made it clear that the production of “smart” phones are not the main, but the staff employed in the mobile unit, is steadily declining.

But in the top ten there are now just seven Chinese companies: Lenovo (including, Motorola), Huawei, Xiaomi, ZTE, Coolpad, Alcatel and Vivo. And let these manufacturers sales are still far from Samsung and Apple, it’s time to think about the giants of the new, more flexible policy, if they do not want to give up the palm nimble Chinese.
