Introduction
It is no secret that almost all Russian companies bought the device from China, translated into the native language instruction, and then localize the system quite successfully sell these gadgets in our market. Sometimes such situations are obtained that are independent from each other’s company bought the same apparatus, but the difference is only in the appearance of the box and, possibly, other minutiae type accessories.
With tablet Wexler came just such a story: I brought this device first, and then two more, but other brands. It turned out that the other two – the copy TAB 10q. Since the first video review was made on 10q, decided to write text on it only. Thus, it is possible to “kill” not two, but three “rabbits”.

Among the remarkable – the machine uses two slots for simkarty. Decision strange, but apparently, stand out among hundreds of similar products can not. Otherwise we face a typical tablet with a 10-inch IPS-matrix, with 4 cores from MediaTek and battery at 6000 mAh.
Design, size, controls
Very briefly about the appearance, as it is not particularly remarkable, except that the back side is made of aluminum. Rectangular shape, slightly sloping angles. Obverse white, thin edge – silver plastic, thick edge extending around the perimeter of the machine – plastic white patch on the back of the field, too plastic.
The front panel is protected by glass, it is labeled a protective film is pretty hard, so during testing did not shoot. Yes, and you do not advise: think there is hardly something like Corning Gorilla Glass.
Metal cover is subject to wear and appearance of scratches on it. So I have a divided opinion about the “iron” buildings: on the one hand, the device looks stylish, and on the other – even faster than plastic, comes in an unsightly appearance.
Dimensions Wexler 10q – 194 x 144 x 9.9 mm and weighs 619 grams. In general, compact enough, but thick and heavy, long time to keep one hand on weight difficult.
Build good: the screen is not pressed, the back side too, the body creaks and crunches.
Even though the film pasted finger across the screen slides well, the surface is very easily soiled.
On top of the front panel are the front camera and light sensor. Last function correctly. On the left side – the microphone on the right – the buttons “Home” and adjust the volume. They are made of silver plastic, relatively large, well-grope. Below any elements not present, and the top has a power button, power supply terminal 5 V (2 mm thin, as in Nokia), 3.5 mm headphone or headset, micro-USB (through it is possible to charge the device), and micro-HDMI.
On the reverse side of the gadget left and right speakers are located in the center of the top – the camera lens slightly protruding above the body, and the LED flash.
To remove the plastic insert behind her need to hook on. Under it there are two slots for big simkarty (miniSIM) and memory card slot microSD. Personally for me it is not clear the second destination “Sims”. If the gadget is going to use as a large smartphone, then it is quite uncomfortable, if not, in this case meaning the more incomprehensible.
Display
In this model, an integrated display diagonal is 10.1 inches, and resolution – 1280×800 pixels. Physical size – 217h136 density – 150 pixels per inch.
Matrix Screen Wexler 10q is based on IPS technology. Matrix quality is good, but still there is a slight color distortion at certain angles: then yellow, then violet. Natural color rendition, but not enough saturation, brightness of colors.
The brightness is regulated either manually or automatically. Its maximum level of comfort only to view information in a room in the light or in the sun picture read badly. Range dimming average, the minimum value would be even less desirable, because at night a little blinding.
Capacitive touch layer fulfills up to 5 simultaneous touches, and if there is a touch on the 6th, the sensor ceases to react. Sensitivity is great.
Battery
In tablet uses built-in (non-removable) lithium-polymer (Li-Pol) battery capacity of 6000 mAh.
If you use the full, the battery will last for about 7 hours: constantly 3G enabled and Wi-Fi, in the background work twitter and e-mail, brightness exhibited by 30-40%. Videos can be watched about 5 hours to play – 2.5-3 hours listening to music – 45-50 hours. In general, quite a good performance, I think.
As the battery is charged from the USB (long, not less than 10 hours), and the AC adapter (2A) – also not fast, about 4 hours.
Communication capabilities, GPS
The device works in networks 2G (850/900/1800/1900) and 3G (900/2100) – only one slot. Available Bluetooth Version 4.0 (stereoprofilya with A2DP, EDR) for file transfer and speech. With the headset connected, no problems: connects quickly passed it clean. There is wireless Wi-Fi 802.11 b / g / n.
The device operates on a USB-Host, ie you can connect, for example, “stick.”
Since the device is equipped with a chip MTK8389, it has on board GPS. Average sensitivity (near the window after 3 minutes found five satellites), but the open space M9727 defines the coordinates without problems. “Forking” signal is not observed, but the days and nights are not tested.
Memory, memory card
The model is built Tab 10q 1 GB of RAM DDR3. On average, slightly more than 500 free MB. Storage provides 16 GB of memory (in the settings indicated that the internal memory – 1 GB and flash – about 12 GB). There is a slot for microSDHC-card, its maximum capacity – 32 GB. Possible “hot” replacement.
Camera
The tablet is equipped with two camera modules: the main 5 MP (Aperture F2.8), and a 0.3 MP front. The first has autofocus, the second is missing.
The quality of images is a very good, given that it is a tablet and not a smartphone. Video though writes in FullHD, but here applied interpolation.
The front camera takes bad, but for Skype, probably fine. Video is recorded at 640×480 pixels at 10 f / s.

Performance
Manufacturer decided to use this model chipset from the Taiwanese company MediaTek. Chip called MT8389 – analogue MT8125. Inside there are 4 core ARM Cortex-A7 at 1.2 GHz (1.5 GHz), process technology – 28 nm. As a graphics accelerator supports PowerVR SGX 544, its frequency – 300 MHz.
The machine does not brake, but behaves slowly, that is undemanding user will not notice anything terrible. Lags begin only when the plate is loaded some information: download files in the background hanging toys and so on.
Games like Real Racing 3 long run, and the schedule is so slow even on medium settings.
Wexler 10q tablet running Google Android operating system version 4.2.2. No proprietary shell.
Multimedia
The music player is standard. FM-radio is absent. Speaker volume is very high, however, some of the frequencies they do not pull, so sometimes audible wheezing. The headphone volume is comfortable for listening to songs even on the street or in the subway, the quality is decent.
The video player is also regular. Solid playing video in 720p in FullHD not see the point, since the screen resolution can not estimate the power of high-rollers. However, if necessary, the device “pull” such files.
Conclusion
Today tablet Wexler TAB 10q 16GB + 3G can be bought for 8000 – 9000 rubles. I would not say that it is the most affordable price, since it is easy to find the device and cooler and cheaper. At the very least, have deals with FullHD screens for the same price.
If we talk about the positive aspects of this device, the first thing that should be noted – very loud speakers and autofocus camera. Second – metal body, and the third – a good screen (but not the best). Among the shortcomings: poor performance in games. The remaining parameters can not be attributed to the pros nor cons. For example, the presence of two simkarty – strange decision for me.
Competitors “full box”: here you and Digma Optima 10.1 with Android 4.3 for 5500 rubles, and Explay Stark for 6500 rubles, and in 1001 Qumo Sirius for 7000 rubles, and clone Bliss Pad M1002 for 8500 rubles. In general, there are plenty to choose from.
