Fundamental statistics U.S. puts pressure on the market background

During the trading session on Tuesday, the U.S. stock market showed a rather volatile trading , with stock indexes closed mixed . Analysts say the company TeleTrade that weak fundamentals U.S. still constrain investors to invest in U.S. companies , and some major players increasing sales by major stock indexes .

Thus, during the trading session , it became known that the index of the state of the U.S. housing market has shown a sharp decline in February. In this latest data from the National Association of Home Builders showed that the level of confidence among builders dropped significantly this month. Experts attribute this fact to the fact that for some time observed severe weather conditions and , as a consequence, labor shortages , restrictions on the availability of land. This was the next driver to reduce the momentum of the stock market .

As the report showed , housing market index in February fell to 46 points , well below the prior month at around 56 points . Many experts expect that the value of the indicator will remain unchanged. It should be noted that the last result was the lowest since May last year , when the index stood at 44 points . Analysts predict a further decline in the index , which may have a weakening of the economy in general .

Besides data on the state of the housing market , the report of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York showed that business conditions deteriorated in February . Thus, the manufacturing index fell in February to reach 4.48 to 12.51 in January. The value in January was the highest since May 2012 . Since the index is greater than zero indicates an increase in activity, experts believe that business conditions in the U.S. remain at favorable levels, despite a sharp decline in February. However , economists expected figure at 9.9, and a sharp decline to 4.48 explain the decline in economic activity in recent years.

As a result, major U.S. stock indexes traded mixed. Index closed below all Dow Jones, while it was also influenced by the negative dynamics chastised morning of Coca Cola (KO).
