In the model range is already Fiat Panda, which instilled in off-road inclinations. Called it artlessly – Panda 4×4. New off-road Panda has a lot to do with the already-release version (for example, the AWD system) and received as a simple name Panda Cross, but it looks much more impressive. Hatchback body kit stocked with imitation aluminum protective linings, pads on the wheel arches, new fog lamps and special lining to head optics. In addition, Panda received unique 15-inch wheels and some new details in interior decoration.
Fiat Panda Cross is planned to equip two turbo engine to choose from – 90 hp TwinAir (volume 0.9 liters) and diesel MultiJet, which for a volume of 1.3 liters develops 80 hp and 190 Nm of torque. The manufacturer emphasizes that especially for Panda Cross made several powerful engines. Moreover, the gasoline engine will be equipped with a special version of a six-speed manual gearbox, which is shorter than the first transmission and increases the torque on the wheels when starting off and driving at low speeds.
Fiat Panda Cross is going to bring to the market this fall. It is planned that the new product will be positioned as more prestigious than the current Panda 4×4 and costs will be slightly more expensive.
