Drones UAV will be used for saving drowning

At each beach must be rescuers who follow the bathers and, if necessary, have to pull a drowning the poor guy out of the water.

However, when a person is drowning, every second counts, and overcome even 30 meters to swim against the waves – not as easy as it seems, even professional rescuers. Use any water craft seems not always possible. The ideal option would be to rescue helicopter – but it’s too expensive and not practical.

These problems have decided to American engineers. A group of enthusiasts has found yet another peaceful use of unmanned aerial vehicles. Manage such a device could one person, with a special remote control. The very same UAV is able to save the unfortunate bather in the shortest possible time.

Of course, even pull a person weighing 60 kg, most UAVs can not. Meaning Ryptide project is to provide drowning extra chance of survival. While lifeguard-man overcomes the way to the ill-fated lover of water treatments, the UAV flies through the air. Reaching the goal, it can hover over it and throw into the water lifeline.

The idea is simple, but in this lies its advantage. In addition, the UAV Ryptide can be used as a saving buoy floating prompting the rescuer where it is immersed in the moment. If necessary Ryptide can “highlight” the sinking, if salvation is at night, as well as to give him moral support by means of audio recordings calling not to panic and hold thrown a lifeline.
